Dear User,

If you have integrated Okta SSO with AlertSite and noticed that it has stopped working recently, we request you to follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

Step 1: Go to the AlertSite Settings page and click on Single Sign-On.
Step 2: Copy the Entity ID from the AlertSite SAML Settings section and replace the existing one in your Okta account.
